This is what I have learned. Whilst very polite the Google helpdesk has no clear lines of communication within its own departments. The consignment number generated and presented to me was incorrect. Google had shown no willing to either obtain the correct consignment number of contact their shipping agent to advise of the issue. They have a broken SLA model as 8 days to answer an email is rubbish. On the 10th I had contacted Google agai.
